1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.

2. Booking and Use of Service

  • Bookings can be made via our app, website, or authorized agents, subject to availability.
  • You must specify your pickup and drop-off locations, date, and time.
  • You agree to be ready at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time.
  • You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Fare estimates are provided before booking; final charges are calculated based on actual distance and time.
  • Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.).
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges, including cancellation fees if applicable.

4. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and in accordance with Indian traffic laws.
  • Drivers will possess valid licenses and necessary permits.
  • Drivers may refuse service if they feel the trip is unsafe or violates policies.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must behave responsibly and respect the driver and vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damages caused during the ride.
  • Passengers must not carry dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations can be made via the app or customer service, subject to our cancellation policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

7. Liability

  • Passengers are responsible for damages caused during the ride that are not covered.
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our Service unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Safety and Conduct

  • Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  • Passengers must not engage in disruptive or illegal behavior during the ride.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating safety policies.

9. Termination and Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or misuse.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.

12. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zigger Hub Private Limited relating to the Service.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13. Refund policy

  • A trip can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. A processing fee of 10% is charged for cancellation.
